Andrzej Piotr Zamecki – legal counsel
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Warsaw. Mr. Zamecki completed both judge and legal counsel training. Since 1998 he has been running Andrzej Zamecki Law Firm. He specializes in public procurement issues and provides legal counseling services to entities obliged to apply the Public Procurement Law. Between 1998-2000 he held the position of the President of the Management Board of the Public Procurement Agency (Agencja Zamówień Publicznych Sp. z o.o.), and between 1994-1998 he served as the Head of the Legal Department at the Public Procurement Office. He had been a member of many ministerial committees, e.g. between 1995-1999 he was a member of the Main Adjudication Committee Adjudicating in Cases of Infringements of Budget Discipline to the Minister of Finances, and between 1999-2001 he was a member of the Main Adjudication Committee Adjudicating in Cases of Infringements of Public Finances Discipline to the Minister of Finances.
Piotr Dewiński – attorney-at-law
Entered onto the list of attorneys in 1984. He specializes in criminal law. He represented many prominent clients, including Col. Ryszard Kuklinski. He has been involved in many high profile lawsuits of the past years. He was the lead defense attorney representing one of the accused in the 2003 “Magdalenka” case and one of the soldiers acquitted in the Nangar Khel incident trial.
